A WORD FROM THE CHEF

Dear Guests,

my name is Jiří Klečka and I have the honor of being the chef at City Hotel Morris in Česká Lípa. For me, cooking is not only a job, but above all a passion that I try to pass on to every dish that leaves our kitchen. I like to combine traditional Czech recipes with modern gastronomic trends in order to bring our guests not only classic tastes, but also something new and interesting. We prepare each plate with an emphasis on the quality of ingredients, detail and, above all, to make the experience as pleasant as possible for you.

Together with my great team in the kitchen, we believe that good food can not only fill you up, but also create beautiful moments and memories. That's why we look forward to being able to present you our specialties and become part of your day.

I hold the position of Director of F&B Operations at Morris hotels, and I would like to emphasize that together with Jiří, we are paving the way, at the end of which is a satisfied guest.
